Our broker fee comes from a split in commission paid by the seller to the listing agent, who shares a portion of the commission with buyer agents, upon closing of your new home purchase. You also pay no fees or retainers for our legal services related to your purchase. What you get is a buyers broker + a lawyer at no additional cost than going to a "traditional" realtor or buyers agent.
